Status: Full-Time/Permanent (Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm)

Position Overview:

Serve as the subject matter expert for the pre and post-installation assessment of instruments and assay integration processes and needs at the customer sites. Assesses customer personnel training needs and partners with colleagues in the service and commercial organizations to create training and smooth transition to implementation plans. This role impacts customer satisfaction and revenue generation as ensuring the assay integration process runs smoothly is fundamental for new customers to be up and running successfully.

Responsibilities:

Position reports to the Implementation and Integration manager with line of sight to Area Service Directors.

This position is a part of the Technical Applications Team team. The main purpose of the team is to improve our installation times and processes.

Demonstrated success with assay implementations especially for the customer validation and verification.

Consistently meets technical standards for excellence; anticipates, recognizes and resolves technical problems.

Required Education and Experience:

Medical Laboratory Technologist Diploma

3 year of experience in laboratory environment, preferably in a clinical setting.

Lab science/med tech background preferred.

Must be Bilingual (French and English)
