The impact you’ll make

As a Production Specialist, you will impact our business by overseeing the successful intake, review, CMS authoring and QA’ing of our promotional creative content across owned Grocery websites. You will work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, copywriters and graphic designers to ensure campaign content launches on-time to provide the best online customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Content production, QA and deployment for all e-commerce channels
  • Manage a content calendar and workflow planning
  • Project coordination across various functional teams (design, trading, technical) keeping marketing strategies in mind
  • Supports campaigns briefed in by internal and external stakeholders while maintaining positive working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Implement analytics tagging for content and marketing promotions and collecting relevant page data to ensure best practices on site
  • Execute ad hoc implementation and development requests, on + offline

Does this Sound like you?

  • You’re an expert at mastering web tools. You’ve used various Content Management Systems and web analytics platforms. (Omniture, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, SiteSpect)
  • You have knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite. While you may not write code fluently, you do have the ability to research what you are looking for or know what to ask of someone who does
  • You are tech savvy and are excited to try out new tools. You’ve studied web development in some way, shape or form (a tech boot camp, private courses, formal post-secondary etc.)
  • You have an eye for design – you may have even studied design formally
  • You have 3+ years’ experience in a digital agency or client-side environment, implementing digital marketing programs
  • You are aware of usability and accessibility standards and SEO best practices
  • You’ve lived and breathed digital and know how to work autonomously
  • You are highly organized and have incredible attention to detail
  • Experience with Contentful is a bonus, but not required
  • Bilingual French/English is a bonus
