We are looking for a n Engineering Manager to build and lead a team that will be working on Microsoft Viva. This will be a full-stack team that works on front end, backend and Big Data . The Engineering Manager will be responsible for building this team, creating a roadmap, driving architecture, and defining what success looks like and then delivering great value to our customers, all in concert with their partners in design, product management, and data science. This leader will also engage with customers to understand need and drive key partner relationships across Microsoft as Viva is a key One Microsoft effort.

A BS or MS in Computer Science or related field is required. A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated commercial software engineering experience is required in fullstack, backend or big data. Candidates must also have 4 years of management experience in an engineering role as an M1.
