System1 has expanded its Digital Marketing reach to include several international markets, serving diverse audiences speaking a variety of languages. We are adding an Online Marketing Analyst to our team to manage high-performance campaigns using one or more of the following languages – German, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, or Hindi.

You will independently manage campaigns in all aspects, from creative to analytics and reporting to optimization. Working with our International Markets team, you’ll benefit from the experience of others while maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability. Gain exposure to the functionality of a large org of advertising experts operating in markets around the globe, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams throughout the business to accomplish big-picture business goals.

The Role You Will Have

    • Use real-time analytics to determine new audience opportunities and conduct testing and experimentation to validate strategies
    • Build, test, and launch new PPC campaigns using proprietary and industry-leading platforms and tools
    • Create ad copy in multiple languages of expertise, using relevant data and metrics to cater to audience trends
    • Own reporting and analysis on your book-of-business and regularly communicate with stakeholders on performance, blockers, strategy, and testing
    • Work with internal content, design, and engineering teams to optimize user experience and increase conversion rates across sites
    • Monitor industry and market trends in paid traffic channels to recommend improvements and implement new strategies

What You Will Bring

    • 2-4 years experience managing paid advertising campaigns (social, native, display, search, etc.)
    • Native or equivalent proficiency with English and German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, or Hindi preferred
    • Fluency with additional regional languages will be considered
    • Expertise in Excel, or other data visualization tools
    • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large amounts of raw data
    • Independent drive to succeed and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
    • Formal certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other industry technologies is a plus
    • A Bachelors Degree is not required, but formal study in relevant languages/cultures, economics, business, marketing, or math is strongly preferred
