As the Manager, Analytics & Insights, you will be the influential change agent that optimizes the impact of business strategies by delivering hindsight, insight, and foresight, who to target, what to say, and build intelligence on the market and competitive landscape. You will direct activities and processes of the department, including ownership of the department’s annual budget and people management. You will prioritize workload between internal resources and across various Therapeutic Areas (TA) and be a key cross-functional partner in planning and executing relevant focus area activities, deliverables, projects and initiatives.
You will communicate insights, findings, opportunities, market research, competitive intelligence and more to a broad variety of stakeholders and partners, including internal stakeholders (e.g. members of the Leadership Team, key sales team members, Region/Global colleagues) as well as external stakeholders. You will also identify, evaluate and implement additional insights and reporting to support agile and decisive decision-making, and provide analysis / trending / tracking to balanced scorecards and dashboard checkpoints for all Therapeutic Areas (TAs). You will also provide support and leadership for the Sales Team, including sales quota development, territory sizing, incentive planning, the SalesForce CRM system, and more. You will manage interactions and the relationships with external stakeholders and partners (such as IQVIA and other market data vendors), analytics and other key support vendors.
Who You Are:
You are an innovative, future-oriented expert and developing leader who thrives on seeing change through from start to finish and with a focus on results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (e.g. MBA), Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent relevant experience.
- Industry experience in a similar job with at least 3-5 years experience, with experience managing direct reports and/or small teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with appropriate people internally and externally.
- Ability to work effectively under very tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Master’s degree in Business (e.g. MBA), Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent relevant experience.
- Degree with a data analytics designation with advanced understanding of ROI, valuation modeling, patient and market forecast models, and/or financial analysis techniques is preferred.
