The Opportunity

The IT Integration Manager is responsible for the planning, resource management and execution on Corporate Technology integration activities to standardize and consolidate acquisition IT infrastructure and processes. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing processes around integration of the acquired companies’ infrastructure. The IT Integration manager will work closely with the with the incoming companies’ management, IT team, and user base. This person is expected to manage organizational change throughout the integration of acquisitions. Candidates need in-depth understanding window systems administration, network management, and server virtualization; strong project management experience; the ability to monitor and manage multiple initiatives concurrently; great written and verbal communication skills; as well as excellent leadership skills.

What It Takes

• 10+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Infrastructure and Management
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing relevant technology teams
• 3+ years with leading and managing projects
• Proficient knowledge in current computer hardware, system administration, hypervisor, routing and switching technology, advanced troubleshooting, and basic computer security
• Working knowledge in scripting, application development frameworks, and reverse engineering methodology
• Have led or at least been key resource on an acquisition integration projects
• Ability to think clearly, a logical thought process and above all, the refusal to give up, admit defeat or succumb to adverse and/or difficult situations
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization
• Ability to negotiate a compromise among business partners with competing priorities
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language as well as technical detail depending on the audience
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
