The operational business analyst delivers cost effective information technology solutions for HealthLinkBC. This includes facilitating the design, development and implementation process for technology solutions and leading project teams in the implementation, quality assurance and testing of systems.

Job Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Degree, diploma or certification in the computer science or informatics fields. A combined equivalent of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience with the technical installation, configuration, maintenance and problem resolution of hardware, software, operating systems and network components.
  • Experience with change management processes and project management methodologies.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with experience with the Canadian Health System, health informatics and trends in eHealth.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with experience with telephony systems and contact centre technology
