The Service Desk Analyst provides Tier 1 IT incident management support, requirements analysis and request fulfilment support by analyzing, diagnosing, resolving and/or escalating customer issues and service requests.
This position serves Ministry and Broader Public Sector clients.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

EDUCATION:

  • Diploma, certification in the computer science or related field. An equivalent combination of education and related experience* may be considered.

*Recent, related experience must include:

  • Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.
  • Experience with computer system operation, environments, and applications.

Preference may be given to candidates with:

  • Experience ordering IT services using the iStore application.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundations course.
