The Service Desk Analyst provides Tier 1 IT incident management support, requirements analysis and request fulfilment support by analyzing, diagnosing, resolving and/or escalating customer issues and service requests.
This position serves Ministry and Broader Public Sector clients.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Diploma, certification in the computer science or related field. An equivalent combination of education and related experience* may be considered.
*Recent, related experience must include:
- Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.
- Experience with computer system operation, environments, and applications.
Preference may be given to candidates with:
- Experience ordering IT services using the iStore application.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundations course.
