Dura-Line is committed to Advancing the World together! Our innovative & global leader company is recruiting for a highly motivated & engaging Customer Service Supervisor in the Greater Toronto Area in Canada to take our rapidly growing Customer Service department to the next level!
If you are looking to use your expertise and implement processes & best practices building a stronger team and partner with the commercial and operations team in Canada this role is for you! We are looking for someone that enjoys working with remote cross-functional teams and can manage a team with a diverse background, personalities, and skill set. This is a very critical role in the organization and under your leadership, you will ensure that the team completes daily tasks such as quoting, pricing and other customer service-related tasks efficiently, accurately, and on time.
As a proven leader, you must bring your 3-5+ years in a management/supervisor role where you have led and helped the performance of your team through coaching, mentoring, career development, and disciplinary actions and you must be able to make tough decisions when needed.
Excellent communication is highly vital for this position to drive long-term success! You must be a process-driven individual that enjoys building relationships will all team members and is able to provide sustainable solutions to internal and external individuals. You must also have a good understanding of business and financial principles to help clients, direct reports, and the sales department with quoting process, purchase orders, pricing decisions, and help drive profitability.
What else can help you succeed in this role? Outstanding organizational skills and project management skills are key to performing tasks such as data entry & record-keeping efficiently and ensure all customer service-related documents, price list, and guidelines are kept up to date and are being properly followed. Besides Microsoft suite expertise, ERP system (SAP preferred) experience is required as it will be your main source for entering quotes and orders daily.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience of client or account management in the customer service/manufacturing/banking industry that can hit the ground running. We will rely heavily on your problem-solving and analytical skills to provide resolution to customer complaints as well as your continuous improvement mindset to execute process improvements to better streamline day-to-day items for the customer service team.
