Client Executive – Resources and Services

The client Executive is the empowered Atos representative in front of the customer.
Their mission is to grow Atos’ presence in a given market (across the overall ATOS portfolio of offerings)
- Territory – R&S
- Large Transport, Retail, E&U and Telecom
Toronto and Montreal
Territory is defined with the Industry lead in North America and aligned with the country lead, based on the growth potential. Territory will be regularly reassess based on progress in order to drive revenue growth.
- Account plan
Define the 3-year Industry Plan growth strategy and ambition to grow in Canada ; identify required resources to achieve targets, leveraging use of alliances/ partners; ensure validation by all stakeholders.
- Sales management
Drives the execution of the Industry Plan in the region by robust qualification of sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, drives sales opportunities through to closure, monitors the clients performance,
- Client management
Owns and develops relationships with client stakeholders and opens up interaction for
other Atos stakeholders
Promote Atos capabilities and innovative solutions to the customer with partners.
- People management
Leads the sales team (subject matter experts, specialist sales and presales) as one team
- Key tools, processes, and meetings
Leads the Industry planning process & delivery
Leads the Innovation workshop process
Leads the Win workshops process
Manages the Customer satisfaction process
Reports monthly on the account(s)
Participates in 1-2-1 meetings with his/her manager
Leverages Marketing campaign(s)
Uses offering trainings & certifications whilst keeping skills relevant
Keeps sales opportunities up to date in CRM
- University degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Senior sales/sales management track record of closing, strong negotiation skills
- Ability to create and manage relationships at CxO level
- Strong Market knowledge and network
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, leadership, teamwork, team coaching, competitiveness, strategic thinking
- Confident and ambitious team player with the ability to self-generate new business
- Experienced in identifying customer key business priorities and drive his/her team to develop solutions to deliver expected outcomes
- R&S market – French and English speaking
