Business/Operations Analyst Student Opportunities

What will you do?

A successful Business/Operations Analyst may join one of the following areas: Capital Markets Operations, Capital Markets Technology, Capital Markets Functions, Global Credit and Global Markets Management.

  • Work on collaborative solutions with teams across the globe
  • Complete ad hoc projects to improve operational and administrative process
  • Develop good working relationships with other desks and with all units within RBC

  • Desire to learn and an eagerness to make a meaningful contribution to the team environment at RBC Capital Markets
  • Proven technical and analytical skills
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Initiative and the ability to play a key role as a team member in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
  • Ability to handle significant and diverse workload
  • A strong interest in financial markets
