THE POSITION

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be selling commercial solar cladding and railing solutions to architects, developers, building owners, engineers, consultants, specifiers, and Director/VP level executives at large corporations.

THE PRODUCT / SERVICE

  • Solarcladding -architects have complete control over the look and feel of the building with limitless pattern and colour options
  • Solarrailing –extensive glass transparency and design flexibility of railing posts, with a variety of glass tints and posts choices

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS

  • New and retrofit construction markets as well as infrastructure projects
  • Sell to architects, developers, building owners, engineers, consultants, specifiers, and Director/VP level executives at large corporations

SALES CYCLE & PRODUCT VALUE

  • Average project size is $500,000 – $4M
  • The length of time to close varied frommonths to years- depends on project size

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES

  • 30% Prospecting / Discovery Meetings
  • 20% Presenting
  • 35% Preparing Proposals / Quoting
  • 15% project / relationship management
