Insight Global is looking for 2 Bilingual (English/French) Service Desk Analysts to join one of our top IT Clients sitting fully remotely. This role will be addressing Level 1 service desk requests, and providing support to our clients 40 different accounts. Experience with ServiceNow, and A+ certifications are bonuses.

Minimum Requirements

– Experience providing Bilingual Level 1 technical support

Experience with an ITSM platform

– A+, Microsoft, Windows 10, or Azure certification

Desired Skills

– Strong written and verbal communication
