The Integrated Health Services Planning and Systems branch will lead the planning, design, coordination, and implementation of the key strategic areas of focus of the Pharmaceutical Care Management Strategy (PCMS) in alignment with the Ministry’s initiatives. In collaboration with key stakeholders across the Province (ie. PHSA, Health Authorities, etc.), the branch will lead improved integration of Health Services and systems (ie. PharmaNet, and other systems) in response to the expanded Divisional mandate to; integrate formulary management, pharmacy services, and evaluation programs across the health sector, improve the continuum of care, and better manage provincial expenditures.
(ENTRY LEVEL – GRID 18)
To support business/policy analysis, business/policy advisory services and the evaluation of issues impacting the Ministry’s business by conducting research and analysis of issues.
(INTERMEDIATE LEVEL – GRID 21)
To manage smaller business/policy development projects or portions of larger strategic business/policy development projects as assigned by a business/policy project lead.
(WORKING LEVEL – GRID 24)
To independently manage assigned business/policy development projects focused on the review and revision of existing ministry programs or legislation.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Degree in business administration, public administration, or other relevant field and 2 years relevant experience; OR
- Diploma in business administration, public administration, or other relevant field and 3 years relevant experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Experience researching business/policy issues and conducting policy analysis.
- Experience managing projects and/or project components.
